This pan is superb quality at a very good price. It feels substantial but is not too heavy in use. The non-stick performance is excellent, and the pan works very well with an induction hob, which was the reason we purchased it. The base is 18cm diameter which fits well with the “standard” induction hob size. Also the base has a very smooth finish so is unlikely to damage ceramic hobs.

Having just changed my cooker Hob for an Induction model I needed a decent Stirfry pan that was suitable for Induction cooking. The Tefal Preference Stirfry pan is the best I could find after quite a search. Its construction is solid and heats up quickly and evenly. The thermospot is a big help in letting you know when it’s ready to go. If you need a Stirfry Pan for Induction or any heat source I would recommend this pan.
